HOTEL
All guests will stay at the 5 Fairmont St. Andrews Hotel for 4 nights. Rooms are based on 2 sharing Fairmont Rooms. Single room, Deluxe Fairmont Sea View rooms and Suite upgrades are available upon request for an additional cost.
MEALS
Full Scottish breakfast is included daily. Dinners are included on 2 nights; a welcome buffet dinner and a final night Gala Awards Dinner at the Fairmont St. Andrews. A welcome drinks reception and final night cocktail party are also included.
ROUNDS OF GOLF
4 rounds are included; a practice round on the Torrance Course on your day of arrival and then the 54 hole Pro-Am over Kingsbarns, Carnoustie and the Old Course St Andrews.
TEAMS
Each team will consist of 1 PGA Professional and 3 Amateurs. Gents max 24, ladies max 36
PRO-AM
The Pro-Am will be over 54 holes; Kingsbarns, Carnoustie and Old Course. The best 2 net scores per team will count. The PGA Professionals will also have an additional 54 hole tournament medal play.
PRIZES
Pro-Am – for the first 4 teams, if tied a count back situation will happen. The winning team will hold the prestigious ‘International Pro-Am’ Claret Jug for 1 year and each team member will also receive a replica Claret Jug to keep for life.
Professionals – the first 4 places, the prize money will be split accordingly in the event of a tie. The winning professional will hold the prestigious ‘International Pro-Am Pro Individual’ Claret Jug for one year and will also receive a replica Claret Jug to keep for life.
TOURNAMENT RULES
Played under the official rules of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews. All tournament decisions will be made on the day and will be final.

Amateurs - GBP £2385 per person

TRANSFERS
All guests will transfer to and from St. Andrews by self drive rental vehicle. Self drive rental vehicles will be available for collection at your arrival airport and are inclusive of Satellite Navigation, collision damage waiver, excess reducer waiver, one extra driver, unlimited mileage, 24 hr breakdown service.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE AIRPORT - SCOTLAND
We ask all guests to make flight arrangements to arrive into Edinburgh Airport which is located 1 hour from St Andrews. Executive Golf & Leisure will provide 1 x MPV self drive rental vehicle per team (4 passengers). Private limousines may be booked at an additional cost.
AIR FLIGHTS
We have purposely not included flights to allow guests to fly with their preferred airline and from the airport that is most convenient to you. Many have frequent flyer programs and might like to take advantage of these.

A deposit of GBP £1,800 per team (GBP £600 per amateur) is required. This can be paid by bank transfer, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Sterling cheque. Balance payment will be due by 27th July 2010.
